1. Overview

Etkin.ai provides digital software services and subscription-based solutions. Due to the nature of digital services, once access is provided or the service is delivered, the product is considered consumed. Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below.

2. Cancellations

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled any time before the next billing cycle. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current period.
  • For one-time services such as setup and integrations, cancellations made before the service starts may be eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds are issued after access has been provided or the service has been rendered.

3. Refunds

  • In cases of technical issues, we will first provide support to resolve the problem. If resolution is not possible, a partial refund may be considered depending on the service.
  • For accidental payments, please contact support within 7 days to request a review.
  • Refund eligibility for promotional or discounted services may vary by campaign terms.

4. Process

  2. Your request will be reviewed within 5-10 business days depending on payment method and contract terms.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. Exceptions

  • Custom development, customization and consulting services are non-refundable.
  • Data recovery, reporting and third-party integration services are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not available where prohibited by applicable law.
